Floral Smock Dress - Size S/M

1960s/early 70s vintage smock dress in cream/purple floral print. Gorgeous shirred detail to body, with button front and large balloon sleeves. Made in Britain. This can be worn as a top or a dress, although it is very short! There is however a good amount of hem if you wish to take it down.
